Q: What are your payment options and conditions?
A: We accept instant payment through Paypal which can be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, checking account, or your current Paypal balance. Orders are processed as they are received, and enter the queue once such payment has been completed. Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud, we are manual screening every order placed, and therefore extra time must be allowed to process your order.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our refund policy is very simple. Where there is a case for a refund, we issue refunds on a pro-rata basis. Because we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered.
